Making something from “nothing” is one of my biggest joys, weaving baskets from plant fibre, finding plants in the wild and making salves, or medicine, using what seems like “air” ( but we know is Energy ! ) to co-create a healing with people.

Mostly, I LOVE to be in the forest and on the earth, in deep conversation with the dandelions, the bees, the yarrow and the butterflies.

Being at the Ocean, talking with the water, and rocks, sea stars, and all the creatures of the ocean. . 

THAT is deeply nourishing, and I hope you find ways to do that too. 

One of my favourite things is to watch the birds soaring and playing on the wind, watching them glide and RIDE THE WAVE of the wind. THE BEST ! 

I use lots of Exclamation points in my writing !!! That is how I talk too!! 

I hope we get to know each other, and share in the beauty that is this fabulous life, and heal, grow and learn together.

I am a wildly creative introvert, a shamanic healer who has learned from the trees, plants, flowers allies themselves, a Master Herbalist, and have certifications in many energy healing styles. * because alll energy healing is from the same source, they are all so fantastic..
